BaliWaterproof provides professional waterproofing services across Bali's main villa and residential areas. The team includes both locally trained specialists who know Bali's construction norms and technically trained waterproofing specialists. That combination matters — understanding both what was done on the original build and what should have been done.

How We Work

All jobs start with a WhatsApp assessment. Describe the situation — we ask the right questions and either quote upfront or advise we need a site visit. We don't send a team and figure out pricing on arrival.

We carry common materials and tools. Most standard jobs are completed on the first visit. We document work with WhatsApp photo reports where relevant.

Why Bali Is Different

Waterproofing here is a specialist problem, not a general-builder one. Bali combines intense UV, salt-laden coastal air, a monsoon that delivers months of rain in concentrated storms, and a daily thermal cycle that swings a flat roof from below 25°C at night to over 70°C at midday. Systems specified for temperate climates routinely underperform under that load. We choose products by application — flexible polyurethane for moving roofs, crystalline systems for below-ground structures under hydrostatic pressure, flexible membranes behind tiled wet areas, and torch-applied bitumen for large accessible roof fields. Choosing the wrong system, or applying the right one over a failed layer, is the cause of nearly every repeat leak we are called to fix.

Our Approach and Guarantee

We would rather diagnose properly and quote honestly than win a job with a cheap re-coat that fails in a season. If the underlying system is gone, we say so and price the proper strip-and-replace, because that is the work that actually holds. We stand behind what we install and explain clearly what is covered and for how long before any work starts. No invented licences, no inflated claims — just the correct system, applied correctly, documented with photos.

Coverage

We cover all of south and central Bali: Canggu, Seminyak, Berawa, Kuta, Ubud, Sanur, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Denpasar and surrounding areas. Response time varies by location — most south Bali areas within 2–3 hours for urgent calls. See our services for what we do, the pricing page for guide rates, or read our guides to understand your problem first.
